Walk into any British vape shop and the phrase comes up constantly, meaning something slightly different each time. A big vape mod, to one member of staff, is a physically large device. The rules do not scale with the hardware

The two cells must be the same brand, the same capacity and at the same stage of wear, otherwise they charge unevenly.
